Our global on-demand fulfillment network ensures your order is efficiently dispatched from the nearest facility.

Customs and Duties
International orders may incur customs or tax fees, determined by your local customs office. We recommend consulting your local customs for any applicable charges.

Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived:

  1. Verify the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Check with your local post office and neighbors.

 

If still unresolved, contact us with your order number. For incorrect delivery addresses, we can reissue the order at your expense.

We partner with a on-demand fulfillment network to print and ship your orders from the most efficient location.

Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. Contact us for any shipping inquiries.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within a week with your order number and photos of the issue. We aim for a swift resolution.

Return and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges; however, if your order is incorrect or damaged, please inform us immediately for a resolution.

Refunds
Refunds are issued for incorrect or damaged items only. Email us within a week of receipt with evidence, and we'll guide you through the process.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please refer to our sizing charts to ensure the correct fit. Mislabelled items will be replaced or refunded upon notification within a week of receipt.
