Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After your order is handcrafted and fulfilled (typically 1–3 business days), it is promptly shipped. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that customers are responsible for any duties and taxes on international orders, which are determined by the shipping provider upon arrival at the destination.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and include all original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Additional Notes:

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
